Inspectors may see and update nearly all information for an inspection. Phone numbers, contact names, addresses, past deficiencies and all information in the office database is on the Pocket PC. When a building access person changes his cell phone number, change it in the field and synch back to the office database.
 
     The full list of names and phone numbers for a building are accessed easily. One contact record for a person linked to several buildings lets you update a changed phone number once.
